This site will give you a sense of who I am, how I work, and how we might work together.

Hi, I’m Dr. Katie! I'm a psychologist and recovering perfectionist. If your brain is constantly playing a highlight reel of everything you should be doing better, we’ll probably get along great!

I work with adults who are tired of being ruled by food concerns, body image, perfectionism, or self-doubt (bonus points if you’ve tried to outsmart it with spreadsheets or podcasts). My clients are often successful on paper, but internally feel like they’re white-knuckling their way through life. Together, we work on building a more peaceful relationship with your thoughts, your feelings, your habits, and your worth.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, insightful, and goal-oriented.​​You can expect a mix of evidence-based tools, some gently-delivered truths, and a solid game plan to help you start feeling better. Clients usually leave sessions feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more like themselves. Join therapy from your couch, the beach, or wherever life takes you. I offer virtual sessions weekdays, 9–6:30 with no commute required.
