About Me:

I’m a licensed psychologist based in Florida and authorized to practice in over 35 states through PSYPACT. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University (APA-accredited), where I trained extensively in outpatient therapy, behavioral medicine, and neuropsychology. I later completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship with the National Alliance for Eating Disorders.

I stay current on research, attend regular trainings, and collaborate with other clinicians to ensure that I’m offering the highest standard of care.

Therapy isn’t just my career—it’s my calling. I’ve known since I was 12 years old that this is what I wanted to do. I’m passionate about helping people move through shame, anxiety, self-doubt, and the “stuck” places that keep them from living fully.

If you choose to work with me, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a nonjudgmental space tailored to you—your goals, your values, your pace.

While every therapy process is unique, I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is about identifying what truly matters to you, setting goals in alignment with those values, and learning how to move forward—even when challenges or painful thoughts show up along the way.

Here’s how I like to explain it:

Imagine two mountains, side by side. You’re on one; I’m on the other.
You know your mountain intimately—its steep climbs, hidden paths, and sudden drops. But from my peak, I have a wider view of the terrain. I can see alternate paths, patterns, and potential pitfalls you might not have noticed.
My job isn’t to walk the mountain for you—it’s to help guide, support, and empower you as you climb.

I know that finding the right therapist can feel daunting. That’s why I offer a complimentary phone consultation—to give us both a chance to see if we’re a good fit and whether my experience aligns with your needs.

Your story matters. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
