Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Reaching out takes courage, and I appreciate you being here. This site will give you a sense of who I am, how I work, and how we might begin this journey together.

Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—like they’ve tried everything, yet still struggle with anxiety, depression, or low self-worth. Others are navigating difficult relationships with food, body image, or themselves. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and build the life you want.
