My Services
Getting care shouldn’t be complicated — I'm here to make it easier. Below, you will find the services I offer based on my specific expertise, as well as pricing and insurance information.

Individual Support
One-on-One Therapy
I offer one-on-one therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth to folks located in Florida, Colorado, and the over 40 states participating in PSYPACT (click here to see if your state is included).
For those who are interested in researching therapy styles, I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
I am comfortable and experienced treating an extremely wide range of concerns, but like everyone, I also have my areas of specific expertise. See my Specialties page for more information.
Cost of Services
I charge $235 for all 50-50 minute therapy sessions.
This fee includes:
-
Ongoing, collaborative treatment planning
-
Ongoing symptom monitoring via evidence-based assessments
-
Between-session messaging support through a HIPAA-compliant app (please note that this is not a crisis or emergency service)
-
Between-session therapy “homework” support and accountability, as needed
-
Collaboration and communication with your physician, dietitian, or other members of your treatment team, as clinically appropriate
-
Additional care coordination needed to support continuity and progress in treatment
Insurance
I am in-network with Aetna in Colorado and Florida. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies, and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Diagnostic Evaluation
ADHD Testing
As a licensed psychologist, I am qualified to diagnose ADHD and other challenges that may be interfering with your life. I am a neurodivergent-affirming clinician, which means I view neurodevelopmental differences, such as ADHD, as natural variations in how people's brains work rather than problems that need to be "fixed." My goal isn't to help someone appear more neurotypical, but to help them build a meaningful life that works for them.
For many people, an initial diagnosis is the first step. I offer comprehensive testing, which starts with a "clinical interview" in which I ask you a bunch of questions about your life and symptoms, and send you a few questionnaires to fill out. At this point, I may make recommendations for alternative treatments to address other underlying conditions that may be impairing your attention or hyperactivity abilities. For example, if I conclude that your symptoms are likely caused by another mental health concern, I may recommend that you explore psychotherapy or a different medication pathway.
Alternatively, if, after that interview, I believe further testing is warranted, I will order a test called QBCheck, a 15-to-20-minute, FDA-approved computer test that objectively measures core ADHD symptoms.
Cost of Services
The initial clinical interview (50-55 minutes) costs $100.
The QBCheck test and follow up session costs an additional $300.
Unlike at other places where you may receive a diagnosis, these fees also includes:
-
A 2-4 page diagnostic report, providing you with any diagnoses revealed by the assessments, any diagnoses I ruled out (and why), and my recommendations for further care. If I do diagnose you with ADHD, you can take this diagnostic report to your prescriber for medication, if desired.
Insurance
I am in-network with Aetna in Colorado and Florida, so costs will be covered aside from the fee for the actual QBCheck test, which you will have to submit to your insurance seperately.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies, and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
